Terminating Informer

How can I terminate my account?

If you wish to cancel your subscription with Informer, we recommend first downloading your uploaded documents and entries (e.g., receipts, invoices, balance sheet, P&L report, and audit file) to comply with the legal retention period. Afterward, you’ll need to permanently delete your account. Here’s how to do it:

  • Log into your InformerOnline account
  • Go to Settings
  • Select Administrations
  • Select the administration you would like to terminate
  • Go to the Advanced tab
  • Click Delete administration at the bottom

Please note! All data from your administration will be deleted in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
